A two-time Moth Grandslam winner and 19-year Toastmaster, Kory has earned 13 Iowa speech championships and reached the semifinals of the World Champion of Public Speaking five times. He hosts the nightly microcast Thoughts Too Big for My Head and cohosts Same Difference Podcast, exploring race in America through Storytelling.

Patty is a writer, speaker and self-leadership coach and sometimes comedian who blends humor with loss, resilience and reinvention. She is the creator of the CoreAble system which helps people reconnect their mind, body and spirit to create lasting positive change to live a happier life. Monica is a Practical Yoga Therapist and movement educator.
