Eunice Jarrett

Eunice is a retired elementary teacher and has also worked in the field of Mental Health. After retiring, she explored the worlds of stand-up comedy, storytelling, and improv (Which she vows never to do again!). Eunice has performed at Listen to Your Mother, DoNot Submit, The Book Cellar, The Acorn Theater (3 Oaks, Michigan), Homewood Stories, and This Much is True. She does clean storytelling and comedy for local civic organizations and churches.

Travis Dennison

I entered my 50s as a newly single man, and for the last five years, I’ve been on a journey of discovery and self-reflection to see what this phase of my life has to offer and how I can make a difference. I am a mechanical engineer by trade and a father of two by the grace of God.

Kristen Bales

is a writer, multi-faceted musician, and poet residing in Indianapolis. A songwriter by trade, she draws on a constant flow of creative experiences to infuse her literary work with a blend of fiction and folklore-inspired narratives.  Finding space for her innate love of fantasy, which was fostered through roots in Tolkien and grounded in an adoration for contemporary femme voices in the genre such as V.E. Schwab and Holly Black, Bales found a slice of bookish belonging in her Instagram account, @kristenbalesbooks.

She has been telling stories ever since. Retired from her 2o years as director of a high school theatre program in Bloomington, IN, Francesca now lives in Chicago where she is a sometime actor, occasional director, an intrepid traveler, but always telling stories wherever and whenever she can. Co-editor of A POET’s TAROT by Josep Miquel Sobrer as well as contributer to Chicago Press, Love Stories. francescasobrer.com
